How long will shipping take within the U.S.?
Standard shipping is via UPS and will be received within 3 business days but please note there may be delays in high seasons. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday - Friday 12:00pm please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 12:01pm on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
Orders shipping to the UK, Australia and Western Europe will deliver in approximately 2-3 weeks. For all other international addresses, orders will deliver in approximately 3-6 weeks.
All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships. Orders can require up to 1 day to process.
What are your rates for international shipping?
Shipping rates for outside the US are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted.
Our collars are measured from the end of the strap by the buckle to the 1st and last holes.
Smallest fitting size: please see the distance marked A on the diagrams.
Largest fitting size: is as shown on the diagram as the distance C.
To achieve the best fit, we suggest:
Take flexible measuring tape (not metal for the safety of your pup)
Tell your dog to be in a sitting position Measure around the base of your dog's neck (Arrow A)
Leaving enough space to slide 1 or 2 fingers between your dog's neck and the measuring tape for the dog's comfort!
Also, measure at point B as in the image shown to make sure that it is not loose enough to slide over your dog's head
