How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard shipping is via UPS and will be received within 3 business days but please note there may be delays in high seasons. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday 12:00pm please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 12:01pm on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Orders shipping to the UK, Australia and Western Europe will deliver in approximately 2-3 weeks. For all other international addresses, orders will deliver in approximately 3-6 weeks.

Due to the reduced air travel caused by COVID-19, please expect International orders to be delayed by 1 week.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.

What are your rates for international shipping?

Shipping rates for outside the US are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted.

VAT & Duties

Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United States. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. Canine's Collar will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed.

This tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be available.

Issues With Tracking Info
