Customer Support

Need to return or exchange your order? No problem! All you need is;

  1. Your order number and
  2. The email address associated with your account to get started.
  3. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused conditions and the original packaging still intact, the item can be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date. 
  4. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to damage or use, your request for a refund or exchange will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • If you wish to return or exchange your Canine’s product,   please note that it must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition within 15 days of the shipping date.
  • The warranty does NOT cover the natural wear and tear on bovine leather. Our bovine leather is a natural product that from day one will naturally age with wear and time developing a look that is exclusively yours.

Customs & VAT

Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) and if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to the US if unclaimed, and we cannot refund shipping for these cases. The time that a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices. 

Canine's Collar International Returns & Exchanges 

If you are outside of the US and unsatisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We can help you return your item(s) for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay for return shipping.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • To start an international return click the link below and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Once complete, mail the item back to us using the most economical shipping method. You will want to include the Return Authorization Slip (page with bar codes) inside of your package.

    • Leather is a natural material and is therefore subject to change over time with daily use and wear.
    • Change in the color and texture should not be considered a flaw but inherent to the elegance of the leather.
    • While occasional exposure to water is not an issue, discoloration might result.
    • Cosmetic issues that were not caused by hand-crafted process will not be considered for a warranty replacement.
    • Any damage done to the collar or leash for the dog will not be considered for returns or replacements.
    • The warranty does NOT cover the natural wear and tear on bovine leather. Our bovine leather is a natural product that from day one will naturally age with wear and time developing a look that is exclusively yours.
    • Any damage done to the leather collar, leash or pop bags dispenser during putting the collar or Leash to the dog or installation of the pop bags  will not be considered for return or replacements.

    These are luxury - fashion dog leather goods. While we designed these item to offer comfort to the dog and dog owners feature a the same time a luxury design for the sophisticated taste of dog's owners, Canine's Collar is not liable for any injury to your dog or the dog owner in the case of a strong dog pull can cause.
