What are your shipping rates for shipping within the U.S.?

In this order enjoy our free shipping in the USA offer!

Our standard shipping is free for orders over $100. A flat rate of $9.95 for orders less than $100. 

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday 10:00am please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 10:01am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

How long will shipping take within the U.S.?

Standard shipping is via UPS  and will be received within 2-3 business days but please note there may be delays in high seasons. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

What are your shipping rates for international shipping?

Shipping rates for outside the US are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted. 

How long will shipping take for international orders?

Orders typically take 5 - 15 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4 - 6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered. Orders can require up to 1 day to process. 

Does Canine's Collar cover duties?

Canine's Collar does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional duties required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.
