Prices

Canine’s Collar reserves the right to alter or modify prices at any given time, without any kind of notice.

Orders

Customers will be notified within 2 to 3 working days, if any goods ordered are out of stock.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered.

Canine’s Collar has the right to refuse any orders placed by the customer for any given reason.

Shipments & Packaging

Packages usually reach their destination in 2-5 business days but occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 10:00am Eastern Time may require +1 day to process. Orders placed after 10:00am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday. 

Worldwide shipping please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only and be sure that Canine’s Collar makes every effort to pack and dispatch goods on time, but do not accept liability nor fault for failure to deliver goods within the stated time.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must include a delivery address where someone over 18 years old will be present to receive the goods. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.
